Custom Orders:
Because each jersey is made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@genorvia.com. Please provide photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized/customized jerseys without defects

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
